Blood Puppetry: The ability to control blood inside people and make them your puppet slaves
If it has blood, it's yours to command. Like a puppet master, you can use your mind and hands to control people or animals. You can also make blood come out of them, causing death, or make the blood move so fast it burns. Even if the thing whose blood you are controlling dies, as long as it has blood in it, it's your minion. You can also make their blood come out of their body and move it around as a liquid weapon of blood.
